Abstract
Erection is the final event of a complex phenomenon which involves psychological, neuronal, hormonal, vascular, and muscular systems. Nitric oxide (NO) is the most important molecule involved in many aspects of your health in vasodilation pathway. Erectile dysfunction (ED) is defined as the persistent inability to attain and/or maintain penile erection sufficient to permit satisfactory sexual performance with an high incidence worldwide and important impact on the quality of life.
