Abstract

© 2018, revistaESPACIOS.com. The objective of this work is to present a systems engineering approach for the elaboration of strategic planning. Thus, a systemic approach was developed to broaden the scope of strategic planning, at the same time as it is proposed to deepen the definition of organizational metrics towards the required competence of the people. The integration between systems engineering and organizational strategic planning can be seen as a big win for the business community. It is inferred that the model proposed in this research is adequate to assist in the elaboration of strategic planning in an organization.
