Wastewater Collection Systems

Abstract

This chapter presents a review of the literature published in 2013 on topics relating to wastewater collection systems. It presents advances in research and noteworthy industry experiences selected from major literature sources. This review is divided into the following sections: sewer system planning; asset management; sewer condition assessment/rehabilitation; green infrastructure integration system design; operation/ maintenance; and regulatory issues.
