Abstract
Direct current electrical surveys were carried out in the vicinity of the Poring Hot Springs. These surveys have detected the presence of low resistivity layers due to the presence of hot water systems and a sheared zone. The results of electrical sounding and profilings suggest that the hot-water systems are in the form of channels. Electrical surveys carried out to the east and southeast of the hot springs did not detect any low resistivity layer.
