Pengembangan Aplikasi Perencanaan Karier Berbasis Android untuk Membantu Kesesuaian Pilihan Karier Siswa SMA

Abstract

Career is part of the journey of life in realizing oneself to live life and achieve. In fact, many career decisions on interests, needs, skills or personality always match the chosen work environment. This study aims to develop an application of career planning android-based that can assist students in determining their career direction. This research is included in the research and development of the borg and gall model. The career development model used is based on Holland's theory. The results of the effectiveness test get an average value of 3.60 from all variables with effective criteria.
