Abstract
Microalgae biofuels may provide a viable alternative to fossil fuels which has received considerable interest now a days, but if microalgae biofuel production is to be economically viable and sustainable to mitigate the energy crises. Although there is much excitement about the potential of microalgae biofuels, much work is still required in the field. So further optimization of growth conditions are needed to make a different sources which provide cost-effective and sustainable means of native microalgae growth for biofuel production. In this paper we shows the optimization of environmental condition i.e. Temperature, pH and light period for the growth of native microalgae sp. for biofuel production and validation of experimental model by using response surface methodology (RSM).
