Abstract

According to the characteristics of military supply chain, we design theindicator of performance evaluation based on the key factors of supplychain strategy in this paper. When talking about estimating performanceevaluation, in order to materialize the punitive or stimulant requestthat decision-maker performs towards decision-making factors, butconstant weight synthesis method can't fulfill the request, so animproved fuzzy evaluating model based on hierarchy variable weight isput forward.
