Abstract

Nano-crystalline MgFe2O4 have been synthesized by the sol-gel auto-combustion method using metal nitrates as as analytical reagents and citric acid as a fuel. The as-prepared powder sample was sintered at different temperatures 873 K and 1073 K in air atmosphere. The X-ray diffraction patterns confirmed the single phase spinel structure formation for both samples. The dielectric constant, dielectric loss tangent and AC conductivity have been measured between 300 K to 633 K temperatures at different frequency ranges from 3 MHz - 5 MHz.
