Abstract

KEY WORDS: Trisomía 9, diagnóstico antenatal SUMMARY We present two clinical cases of prenatal diagnose of trisomy 9. This aneuploidy was suspected for first time in the ultrasound control that is performed during the second half of pregnancy, and was confirmed by cytogenetic cordocentesis or amniocentesis. We comment the behavior that's supposed to be followed in these cases according to international standards. A literature survey is made emphasizing the small incidence of prenatal and postnatal diagnosis for this pathology.
