Abstract

Samples from Holes 147, 147A, and 147B have been dated by the radiocarbon method; ages range to 27 000yr ago at approx 20m sub-bottom. The sedimentation rates were approx 50cm/103y for the last 5000yr and 10-75cm/103y prior to that.-Authors
