Abstract

Environmental water managers (EWMs) are appearing in an increasing range of jurisdictions as a way of managing environmental water in the context of a water market. This paper demonstrates a correlation between these organisations and three legal and policy factors, which will be of interest to any jurisdictions seeking to use the EWM model in future. © 2014 WIT Press.
