Abstract
Hardiness is a factor that can support the psychological well-being of individuals, especially for teenagers who experience bullying. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the relationship between hardiness and psychological well-being among bullying victims at SMA X Klaten. The population in this study is 165 students, with 60 students who were victims of bullying selected as research subjects by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using two measurement tools, namely the Psychological Well-Being scale (α = 0.910) and the Hardiness scale (α = 0.785). The data were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique. The analysis result showed a correlation coefficient value of rxy = 0.738 (p<0.05) that indicating a positive and significant relationship between hardiness and psychological well-being. Thus, the higher the level of hardiness an individual possesses, the higher the level of psychological well-being, and vice versa. This finding confirms that psychological well-being in bullying victims can increase if they are hardy persons
