Effect of the CODISA Application in the Communication Level of the Work Environment of People with Hearing Disabilities of the company Asociación Holanda, Cajamarca 2021

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the effect of the implementation of the CODISA application on the level of communication in the work environment of people with hearing disabilities from the company Asociación Holanda. For the development of the application, Open Up was used as a framewo rk. An applied research with pre-experimental design was used. A sample of 40 members of the association was used in this resea rch. The survey was utilized as a technique and the questionnaire as an instrument both intended to measure the quality of the application (10 items) and the level of communication in the work environment of people with hearing disabilities (12 items). Validated by experts and with acceptable reliability by Cronbach's alpha equal to 0.818 and 0.807 respectively. A pre test and a post test were applied. It was concluded that the CODISA application had a positive effect on the level of communication in the work environment of people with hearing disabilities in the Holland Association company, obtaining a p=1 with a significance of 0.5, going from a medium level to a high level very high communication.
