Televerse: Teleport to the augmented real-world with live visual effects

Abstract

This course introduces "Televerse", a new framework to provide augmented telepresence in the real environment. The framework is able to provide telepresence at the captured real environment, enhance people's situational awareness for better telecommunication, and allow rich interactions with people at a distance through blended 3D assets and live visual effects.
