Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Hulu Palik Health Center, North Bengkulu Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The objects used in this study were 40 employees of the Hulu Palik Health Center, North Bengkulu Regency. In this study, the authors used data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. This type of research is quantitative, there are several data analysis techniques used in this study including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The result of this study is that the Work Environment variable affects employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Environment and Job Satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at the Hulu Palik Health Center, North Bengkulu Regency.
