Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has brought transformative changes to the field of physical education, greatly enhancing both teaching methodologies and student engagement. This journal paper explores the multifaceted impacts of AI on sports education, including personalized learning experiences, real-time performance analytics, and advanced training simulations. By integrating AI, educators can offer tailored feedback, identify individual strengths and weaknesses, and optimize training programs for maximum effectiveness. Additionally, AI-driven tools enable the collection and analysis of substantial data, providing insights that were previously unattainable. Case studies from various educational institutions demonstrate how AI applications such as motion capture, virtual reality environments, and intelligent tutoring systems are revolutionizing the sports education landscape. This paper concludes by discussing the challenges and ethical considerations associated with AI in education, emphasizing the need for ongoing research and policy development to ensure that AI technologies are used responsibly and equitably.
