Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Make A Terhadap Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar Materi Pertidaksamaan Linear Satu Variabel Kelas VII SMPN 3 Mataram Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar matematika pada siswa kelas VII SMPN 3 Mataram tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimental Design dengan jenis The Post-Test Kontrol Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling dimana kelas VII-1 (31 siswa) sebagai kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran  direct instruction dan VII-2 (30 siswa) sebagai kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match.. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan skor rata-rata motivasi belajar matematika siswa kelas eksperimen yaitu 61,3 dengan kategori tinggi, sedangkan kelas kontrol mendapat skor rata-rata 42,52 dengan kategori sedang, begitu juga dengan hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas eksperimen didapatkan yaitu 75,27 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar  sebanyak 70%. Sedangkan kelas kontrol mendapat nilai rata-rata 51,23 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar sebanyak 9,68%. Dan uji-t 2 sampel independen dengan rumus polled  varian tentang hasil belajar siswa didapat  atau 6,665>2,001 maka  H0 ditolak, yang berarti bahwa H1: μ1≠μ2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMPN 3 Mataram tahun ajaran 2023/2024.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the cooperative learning model type make a match on the motivation and learning outcomes of mathematics in class VII students of SMPN 3 Mataram. The research design used is Quasi Experimental Design. The sampling technique used is probability sampling where class VII-1 is the control class and VII-2 is the experimental class. Based on the results of the study, the average score of the mathematics learning motivation of students in the experimental class is 61.3 with a high category, while the control class got an average score of 42.52 with a medium category. The results of the study, the average value of the mathematics learning outcomes of students in the experimental class was 75.27 with a learning completion percentage of 70%. While the control class got an average score of 51.23 with a learning completion percentage of 9.68%. The result of the t-test of 2 independent show that there is an effect of the cooperative learning model type make a match on the motivation and learning outcomes of class VII students of SMPN 3 Mataram.
