Product stewardship in the United States: the changing policy landscape and the role of business

Abstract

An essay is presented on the issue regarding landscape policy and the stewardship responsibility of business in the U.S. It elucidates the best practices that every business enterprise should adopt in proper handling of waste products, which was discussed during the dialogue at Product Stewardship Institute (PSI). The author also discussed the relevance of sustainable development to the economy.
