Abstract

The "XYZ" electronic store has used a sales management system for the past three years. The problems faced by the "XYZ" electronic shop within the framework of customer relationship management and information systems whose use can be accepted by customers have not been evaluated to determine the level of satisfaction felt by users with the information system used. Responding to these problems needs to be evaluated, the evaluation is to measure aspects of user satisfaction.The model used to measure user satisfaction is the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model with five variables used,namely content variable,accuracy variable,format variable,easy of use variable,and timeliness variable.These results indicate that the variables content, accuracy and timeliness do not have a significant effect on user satisfaction in using a sales Information Management System, and format and easy of use variables have a significant effect on user satisfaction in using a sales SIM
