Research on safety impact analysis and Countermeasures of geological Disaster for China-Pakistan Karakorum Highway

Abstract

Safety problem of highway construction is serious because China-Pakistan Karakorum Highway is located in the mountains, deep valleys, steep terrain, and variety of geological disaster types are widely distributed. On the basis of analysis of geological disaster types and consequences, researching the influence of the geological hazards for construction of bridge, tunnel and etc., corresponding risk control measures are put forward.
