Abstract
PT. XYZ is a company in the expedition sector that provides package delivery services throughout Indonesia. One of the vehicles used to deliver packages is an electric motorcycle with one brand. This electric motorcycle uses a swapping system to recharge its power. To replace the battery, couriers using electric motorcycles must replace it at the nearest Swapping Station. Still, the lack of availability of Battery Swapping Stations makes it difficult for couriers to find the nearest Battery Swapping Station. Thus, the appropriate location for the required Battery Swapping Station(s) must be found. This research was conducted in Central Jakarta, considering the number of Swapping Stations in Central Jakarta. The first analysis used distributed questionnaires, testing the adequacy of data from the existing variables to determine the AHP value and then using the buffer method in the information system, geographically in the ArcGIS software, to see new points that will be recommended. The analysis received recommendations for the location of swapping stations or SGBs in the central Jakarta area, namely 16 Alfamart supermarket points and four sub-district office points; these points can be a suggestion for building new points from the Swapping Stations (SGB).
