Abstract

EMR (Electronic Medical Record) telah menjadi alat yang penting dalam proses pendokumentasian medis termasuk asuhan keperawatan, penerapan EMR dalam pendokumentasian sangat berdampak baik dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan yang lebih, terstruktur, dan akurat. Dengan adanya EMR dapat mengurangi kesalahan dalam mendokumentasikan asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau di instalasi surgical ruangan Dahlia dan Edelwies dengan 42 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat, dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah consecutive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa lembar observasi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan data responden yang melaksanakan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan berbasis EMR dengan baik  sebanyak 34 responden (81,0%), dengan mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 32 responden (76,2%), dan mayoritas pendidikan S1+Ners sebanyak 21 responden (50,0%). Disarankan kepada responden agar kedepannya melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan harus lebih teliti, terstruktur dan sesuai dengan standar pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan yang telah di tentukan.Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) have become an essential tool in the medical documentation process, including nursing care. The implementation of EMRs in documentation has significantly impacted the delivery of more structured, accurate, and effective nursing care. EMRs can reduce errors in nursing care documentation. This study employed a quantitative method with a descriptive design. The study was conducted at Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital, Riau Province, in the surgical units of the Dahlia and Edelweis rooms, with 42 respondents. Univariate analysis was used, and consecutive sampling was used. The research instrument used to collect data was an observation sheet. The results showed that 34 respondents (81.0%) successfully documented EMR-based nursing care, with the majority being female (32 respondents) and the majority having a Bachelor's degree (S1+ Nursing) (50.0%). It is recommended that respondents implement nursing care more thoroughly, structure it, and adhere to established nursing care documentation standards in the future.
