Abstract

Four types of site-percolation models are introduced on a square lattice. Two of them consist of two different sizes of particles, while others introduce anisotropies of particles. By using Monte Carlo simulation, percolation thresholds are investigated. We find that the values of thresholds depend on the configuration distributions. The presently obtained threshold values are slightly higher than that of the ordinary model.
