Interdisciplinary approaches are seen as one of the requirements of our age education approach. The lesson study method emerges as a professional development approach that is applied in many countries of the world and efficient results. On the other hand, when we evaluate our education field in our country, it is seen that there is a need for the development of interdisciplinary, collaborative and applied studies. Especially the “Design-Skill Workshops” in the MoNE 2023 Education Vision Document are seen as both the determination and solution places of this need. At the same time, it is considered that the developed model is important in terms of increasing the quality of teaching and the sustainability of teachers’ professional development by using workshops oriented. In this research, by combining interdisciplinary approaches and course research method, “Interdisciplinary Activity Plan Development Model with Lesson Study Method” was suggested. The suggestions have been developed based on the thoughts for the use of the model in “Design-Skill Workshops” and the possible reflections that may occur in the field.
