Abstract
A case of lymphangioleiomyomatosis of the lungs and lymph nodes of the mediastinum and abdomen concurrent with renal angiomyolipomas and leiomyoma of the uterus is described. A 24-year-old female died of progressive respiratory and cardiac failures caused by proliferation of smooth muscle cells in the bronchi, vessel walls and interal-veolar septum with the formation of the honey-comb lung.
