Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of spiritual leadership on employees'' loyalty enhancement in some tourist companies and Egyptian hotels. This research uses quantitative methods to achieve the objectives. Questionnaires were distributed to employees of 17 tourist companies in Cairo and 27 five star hotels in Sharm Elsheikh city. Three main data analytical techniques were employed: descriptive analysis, correlation and multi regression (SPSS V23). The results showed that spiritual leadership had a positive effect on employees'' loyalty. The research recommends tourist companies/hotels to apply the concept of spiritual leadership to improve employees'' loyalty through training courses for managers to explain the importance of spiritual leadership and its advantages to hotel and employees.
