Abstract

The article discusses the controversy concerning the use of bitcoins in business transactions. Topics covered include the volatility of the virtual currency and ways to verify the identity of bitcoin users in real world. Also mentioned are some online firms that accept bitcoins for payments of services such as Overstock.com, Xen Accounting as well as WordPress.
