Abstract

A series of 250 cases undergoing Cesarean section under spinal anesthesia were pre sented and analyzed from the clinical points of view. Hypotension down to 80 mmHg or less occured in 43.6% of all cases following spinal anesthesia, and the incidence of hypotension was closely related to the level of sensory analgesia (initial level). © 1976, The Showa University Society.
