Abstract
The author describes a simulation game in which students learn through experience that a social issue is viewed differently by different segments of any population and, as a result, issues are more complex than simply “right” or “wrong.” The case of development is used with groups of students playing the roles of indigenous peoples, big business, individual entrepreneurs, and government.
