Abstract

Background: Human resources at hospitals are one element that really determines the quality of hospital services. Nurse performance is an important factor in determining the quality of helath services. Good nurse performance will have a positive impact on patient satisfaction and health service outcomes. To get a good performance form HR, it's necessart to have a performance assessment process, namely a process of controlling employe performance which is evaluated based on certain standards. Nurses performance appraisals are carried out effectovely to direct employees to produce high quality and service. Good nurse performance will have a positive impact on patient satisfaction and health service outcomes. To obtain good performance from human resources, its necesary to have a performance appraisal procces, namely a process pf controlling employee performance which is evaluated based on certain standards. Achievement of performance values is carried out effectively. To mobilize employees to produce results. High service and quality. Hospitals are an integral part of all social and health organizations which have the function pf providing and services in terms of healing sick patients and preventing social diseases. Health services in hospital also have an important role in the service sectoor in providing services health. Its said that whether the service provided by the hospital to patients is good or bad will have an influence on the patients own level of satisfaction, therefore the quality of good service can be measured in terms of facilities, physical appearance, technology, as well as the behavior and performance of health service providers such as doctors, nurses and midwives. Nursing is provided in the form of nurses performance which must be based on high ability to from performance that supports carrying out duties and providin health service, Objective: This research is a literature review study which aims to analyze factors related to nurse performance Method: This research was carried out by searching for journals including Proquest, Pubmed, Google Scholar, Garuda, and Sinta which were then selected according to the topic. This research is research published within the last 5 years (2019-2023). The Results: The research show that the factors related to nurse performance are motivation, abbility, attitude, work environment, leadership and organizational policies, intrinsic, and extrinsic motivation have a positive influence on nurse performance, nurseability, nurse attitude, work environment, leadership and organizational policies also have a positive influence on performance nurse. The Conclusion: Of this research is that internal and external ffactors have a significant influence on nurse performance. Hospital management needs to pay attention to these factors is an effort to improve nurse performance.
