Abstract

The article focuses on the research papers presented at the tenth Metaheuristics International Conference (MIC), held at the Singapore Management University in Singapore, in August 5-8, 2013. Topics discussed included history of MIC, hybrid approaches to metaheuristics, and heuristic framework for turbine layout optimization.
