Abstract

Abstract: Multi criteria optimization of complicated catalytic reactionsbased on a kinetic model is relevant for both manufacturing andlaboratory processes. However, this is not enough just tocalculate all effective trajectories, values of variableparameters and optimality criteria. Information about feasibleinterval for optimal mode changes is important when applying thecalculated modes in practice. This article provides mathematicalformulation of the task of the Pareto front parameter analysis andsolution algorithm. For benzyl butyl ether catalytic synthesisreaction, the conditions multi criteria optimization task wasresolved, and acceptable interval of changing the optimal valuesof temperature, mole ratio of initial reagents and reaction timewas calculated in order to prevent significant change ofoptimality criteria values.
