In order to balance the urgent requirements of environmental protection and the huge financial pressure of the government, the PPP model has been promoted in the construction of environmental protection, and effective risk management is still the key to project success. Based on the expert scoring method, combined with the risk evaluation index system of environmental protection PPP project, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the risk evaluation model of environmental protection PPP project. Taking PY County water environment treatment and ecological restoration project as an example, seven first-level risk factor indicators and 23 two-level risk factor index evaluation systems were constructed to conduct risk assessment and draw conclusions.
