FAKTOR- FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI TURNOVER INTENTION DRIVER GORIDE GOJEK MAKASSAR

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence turnover intention on GOJEK Makassar Goride Driver. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data as well as data collection methods by interview and questionnaire. The sample in this study were 100 people with the simple saturation sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on the turnover intention Driver Goride GOJEK Makassar.
