Expedição norte-americana e iconografia inédita de Sobral em 1919

Abstract

We report on the observations in Brazil related to the total solar eclipse of May 29th, 1919, giving emphasis to the less known expedition organized by the Carnegie Institution, leaded in Brazil by the American Daniel Maynard Wise. We exhibit a selection of unpublished photographies obtained by Wise during his stay in Brazil.
