Abstract

The objective of this research work is to develop a mobile application for devices with the Android operating system, which will obtain specific information from a person carrying a tag with NFC technology. This information will be obtained instantaneously when approaching a mobile device to the tag that carries the person to identify, helping an instant recognition by obtaining personal data of relevance. This application is intended to solve the problem that arises after a natural disaster in which many people lost (disabled, children, elderly, etc.) are unable to deliver their personal information to specialists in rescue or emergency services personnel, which adversely affects their rapid relocation, return with their families and specific assistance in diseases that may suffer. Its use would be added to the prevention measures focused on the shelter of the most vulnerable people of the population and would go directly in collaboration in the work of official rescue entities.
