Abstract

Teaching-Learning Process improvement is an important key process area in the education sector for project implementation. Lean Six Sigma approaches have been constantly used for shortening the lead time and the waste from products or services to achieve quality. Lean and Six Sigma techniques are popularize in almost every industries. This paper focuses on how the Lean Six Sigma approach can be valuable for educational institutes to improve the teaching learning process. In this paper the author uses methodology and tools to achieve quality without having any wastes in the student"s project implementation processes under the proper guidance of the higher faculties in software engineering.
