Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan seberapa besar pengaruh proses rekruitmen, seleksi, dan penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode angket atau kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 95 karyawan. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan model regresi linier berganda dengan uji t (parsial) dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil analisis regresi berganda dengan uji t (parsial) dengan bantuan program SPSS terdapat pengaruh negatif dari variabel proses rekruitmen terhadap kinerja, seleksi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, dan penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. XYZ. Kata kunci: Kinerja; proses rekruitmen; seleksi; penempatan kerja Role of recruitment, selection, and placement: employee performance analysis Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out and explain how much influence the recruitment process, selection, and job placement on the performance of employees of PT. XYZ. This study uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire or questionnaire method. The partial effect that the results obtained sampling technique is done by purposive sampling with sample number as many as 95 employees. Then the hypothesis test is done using multiple linear regression models with t test with the help of SPSS program. The results of multiple regression analysis with the t test (partial) with the help of the SPSS program have a negative effect of the recruitment process variable on performance, selection has a positive effect on performance, and job placement has a positive effect on the performance of the employees at PT. XYZ.
