Abstract
Cultural diversity can be said to be a unique characteristic that each other ethnic group has. Cultural diversity can be in the form of typical foods, languages, traditional clothes, traditional houses, regional arts, traditional weapons, and so on. The lack of knowledge of regional cultural diversity makes the cultivation power and knowledge of students' culture very low. As with the observations made by researchers at SDN Teja Barat 1, data was obtained that schools lack learning media and lack of knowledge about cultural diversity in the environment around studentsFurthermore, results from a survey on the needs of grade IV students at SDN Teja Barat 1 revealed that 54.54% of pupils were unaware of the local culture. The five steps of the ADDIE development research model is analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation are used in this study. Twenty-three fourth-grade pupils served as the study's subjects. They were split up into two groups small and large and mapped according to specific criteria. Tests, questionnaires, observations, and interviews are the methods used to gather data. The generated learning materials must meet the legitimate criteria provided by expert validation in order to be used (medium, language, material).
