Abstract

A new genus and a new species, Shaitan elchini gen. et sp.n., are described. The monotypic genus is characterized by stiff setae on the anterior surface of the cheliceral furrow, tarsal claws lacking teeth and the male copulatory organ lacking a median apophysis. © ARTHROPODA SELECTA, 2013.
