Abstract
Abstract With regard to the practice of buying and selling using the auction system, Islam has a perspective, the shari'a justifies the sale and purchase of something in the form of objects, goods or services that are permitted through the auction system, of course, with certain rules, both the terms and pillars that must be met . This writing is related to social phenomena and the economic system. The purpose of this paper is to know the law of buying and selling with the auction system in the perspective of Islamic religion and to find out whether buying and selling with the auction system is a form of usury practice and or includes a form of prohibited buying and selling because the sale and purchase of goods that have been offered by others. The formulation of the problem in this study is related to the Islamic views on buying and selling with the auction system, whether including forms of usury or including buying and selling that is forbidden because buying and selling goods that are offered by others. Data collection method used is the study of literature by collecting various sources of books and journals that support, with descriptive techniques in its writing. The results of the discussion showed that the practice of buying and selling with an auction system is permitted by the Shari'ah as long as it does not lead to dirty things. Buying and selling with an auction system is not a form of usury or buying and selling that is prohibited because buying and selling goods that are offered by others.
