PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE, SKILL DAN ABILITY SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM BATU BATA DI KOTA BUKITTINGGI (STUDI KASUS DI KECAMATAN MANDIANGIN KOTO SELAYAN KOTA BUKITTINGGI)

Abstract

This research is to analyze a). The Effect of Knowledge (X1) on the performance of the UMKM Brick human resources in Bukit Tinggi City. b). Effect of Skill (X2) on UMKM Bricks human resources in Bukit Tinggi City. c). Influence of Ability (X3) on the performance of UMKM Bricks human resources in Bukit Tinggi City and the Performance of MSMEs (Y). The number of population and sample in this study were 52 MSMEs, all of them were included using purposive Non Random Sampling techniques, namely selecting UMKM HR that matched the criteria set. The main finding from the results of this first study is that knowledge has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Brick SMEs in Bukit tinggi city with a coefficient of 0.416. Furthermore, Skill has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the UKM UKM in the city of Bukit Tinggi with a coefficient of 0.357.c). Ability has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the UKM UKM in the city of Bukit Tinggi with a coefficient of 0.263. The most dominant variable The influence on the performance of SMEs in the Bricks in this study is the Knwoledge variable. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisa a). Pengaruh Knowledge (X1) terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia UMKM Batu bata di Kota Bukit tinggi. b). Pengaruh Skill(X2) terhadap sumber daya manusia UMKM Batu Bata di Kota Bukit tinggi. c). Pengaruh Ability (X3) terhadap Kinerja sumber daya manusia UMKM Batu Bata di Kota Bukit tinggi.dan Kinerja UMKM (Y).  Jumlah Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 UMKM, semuanya dimasukan dengan mengunakan teknik Non  Random Sampling secara purposive yaitu memilih SDM UMKM yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang di tetapkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah a). Knowledge memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM Batu Bata di kota Bukit tinggi dengan nilai koofisien 0,416. b). Skill memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM Batu Bata di kota Bukit tinggidengan nilai koofisien 0,357. c).  Ability memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM Batu Bata di kota Bukit tinggidengan nilai koofisien 0,263. Variabel yang paling dominan Pengaruhnya  terhadap kinerja UMKM Batu Bata dalam Penelitian ini adalah Variabel Knwoledge
