Abstract

Comments on the article by S. Deb et al (see record [rid]2000-07790-013[/rid]) which assessed the role of the apolipoprotein E gene in the manifestation of Alzheimer's disease in adults with Down's syndrome. The authors agree overall with the findings, which were contrary to their own, but ask for clarification on several points. (PsycInfo Database Record (c) 2022 APA, all rights reserved)
