Abstract
A case study of 82-year-old woman, who was admitted to hospital with febrile neutropenia and was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia two years ago, is presented. It informs that patient's blood count revealed anemia, severe neutropenia, and thrombocytopenia while computed tomography showed acute diverticulitis. It also informs that the patient was diagnosed with promyelocytic blastic crisis.
