Abstract

Attention to both a values‐driven culture and business performance is the key to many firms' success, even in a very challenging economic climate. For some organizations—Computer Associates, the Charles Schwab Corporation, Xilinx, the Corporate Banking Group of Allied Irish Banks, the IT Department of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., and BlessingWhite—that blend has produced measurable, positive results. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
