Abstract

The vibration tests of Li-ion battery module used for electric vehicle were researched about open circuit voltage. The results showed that the structure of the lithium-ion power battery module remains unchangeable, and the voltage and temperature collection remains stable in the vibrating process. Before and after the vibration, the AC internal resistance of the lithium-ion battery module has no obvious change, and the active particles inside the battery is dispersed to move in high frequency vibration, so that its conductivity is significantly reduced, leading to the increase in DC internal resistance and decrease in charge capacity of battery module.
