Even in the debate on how to properly implement the teaching tools to the precise digital competence needs in the Knowledge Society, the future surprises us and, with an exponential acceleration, throws us into the arms of an Internet panorama about things, Automation, robotization and artificial intelligence, in the hand of the forthcoming fourth industrial revolution. Avoiding the controversy between the necessity to focus training only for working market or conversely focused on the formation of conscious, critical and participative citizens in the new society, are the rapid, deep and wide changes for our culture and way of life in the next five years those who advise taking into consideration a very realistic diagnosis about the degree of digital competence, in order not to miss the opportunity to plan the educational changes that allow us to resist in a world where most of unskilled professions and jobs will be lost. It is therefore of great interest to know the true level of digital literacy of young university students, as well as their predisposition to the necessary permanent recycling.
