Gestión de residuos industriales y ecoeficiencia

Abstract

Objective. This research work was developed with the purpose of analyzing the eco-efficient management of industrial waste at the Servicio Nacional de Adiestramiento en Trabajo Industrial [National Service for Industrial Work Training] (SENATI) in the province of Huánuco. Methods. The quantitative approach was used and the type of research was descriptive-explanatory with a non-experimental design. There was a sample of 10 managers and 22 instructors from SENATI. Instruments such as a file and a survey were used to collect the information, and the questionnaire was used for its application; these were previously validated by experts in the field. Industrial waste and its environmental implications were also studied. Results. As results, it has been established that training, knowledge and awareness are related to energy consumption, and these aspects or variables are not planned with the waste generated; likewise, knowledge and awareness are scarce with gas emissions in SENATI in the province of Huánuco. Conclusion. There is a significant relationship between industrial waste management and eco-efficiency at SENATI in the province of Huánuco.Objetivo. El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló con la finalidad de analizar la gestión ecoeficiente de los residuos industriales en el Servicio Nacional de Adiestramiento en Trabajo Industrial (SENATI) de la provincia de Huánuco. Métodos. Se utilizó el enfoque cuantitativo y el tipo de investigación fue descriptivo-explicativo con un diseño no experimental. Se contó con una muestra de 10 directivos y 22 instructores del SENATI. Para el recojo de la información fueron elaborados instrumentos como el fichaje y la encuesta, y para su aplicación el cuestionario; siendo estos previamente validados por juicio de expertos en la materia. Asimismo, fueron estudiados los residuos industriales y sus implicancias en el medio ambiente. Resultados. Como resultados se ha establecido que la capacitación, conocimiento y sensibilización se relacionan con el consumo de energía, y dichos aspectos o variables no se planifican con los residuos generados; asimismo, el conocimiento y sensibilización son escasas con las emisiones de gases en el SENATI de la provincia de Huánuco. Conclusión. Existe una relación significativa entre la gestión de los residuos industriales y la ecoeficiencia en el SENATI de la provincia de Huánuco.
