Abstract

With climate change becoming a more prominent issue as time goes on, it is important to lower our carbon emissions as a way to prevent the worst effects coming. Many applications are currently on the market to help individuals lower their carbon emissions; however, these apps do not leverage positive spill-over techniques. Implementing techniques that promote positive spillover leads to users being more likely to stay invested and have lower impact on the environment.
