Abstract
Waste in the form of coffee grounds can pollute the environment if disposed of without processing. The research objectives were to study the impact of fermented and non-fermented Robusta coffee (Coffea canephora) grounds fertilizer on growth in height, number of leaves, wet weight, dry weight and root length of Brazilian spinach plants (Altenanthera Sissoo) and to determine the quality of coffee (Coffea canephora) grounds fertilizer based on the content of C, N, P, and K compounds. The research design was a randomized block (RAK), analyzed by UNIANOVA, DMRT test and LSD test. The result of this research is that fermented coffee (Coffea canephora) grounds fertilizer with a dose of 140 g has a significant effect in supporting the growth of Brazilian spinach plants (Altenanthera Sissoo).
